We will be rehearsing at the church from 3pm-5pm in black rehearsal
t-shirts. Members will then need to leave the church and return ready for
the concert in concert dress (black with a splash of red) by no later than
6:30pm. The concert is from 7pm-9:30pm with a 20 minute interval.

Please note there is no parking at Emmanuel, please use the local area but
be respectful of local residents. There are a limited number of disabled
parking spaces available and these will be provided only to those who hold a
Blue Disabled Parking Badge. If you require a space please bring your badge
to rehearsal on Tuesday and you will be added to the list. These spaces are
on a first come first served basis.

We will be holding a raffle during the concert, if you have any prizes that
you could donate please could you bring these to rehearsal.

We also still need some non-singing volunteers to help out at the Concert to
help man the car park, take tickets, sell programmes and raffle tickets and
help seat guests in the church. If you know of anyone who is free to help at
this event can you please let me know asap – it would be greatly appreciate
and will help the event run as smoothly as possible.

This concert is going to be our biggest and best yet and I for one can’t
wait!!
