AGM 28th March 2017

We have an AGM scheduled to take place on Tuesday 28 March 2017, 6.30pm – 7.30pm. All members are encouraged to attend and we welcome your views in advance of the meeting. If you have any issues or queries, or anything that you feel may be helpful to the choir, or any comments on the projects listed above then please do get in touch prior to the AGM. The choir is very much all inclusive and we welcome your views on how you feel the choir is progressing and what you have gained from being a member since you joined. For those members who are part of the Volunteer Team – please note that there will be a meeting on Tuesday 21 March 2017 – 6.30pm – 7.30pm. Don’t worry if you can’t attend the meetings – a round up of what was discussed will be sent round by email. A full agenda for the AGM will be distributed to all members prior to the 28^th March.
